Visit the bakery

Flåm Bakery is centrally located on the quay in Flåm, just steps from Flåm Railway station and is open every day year-round. With its freshly baked goods, it is a must to visit whether you are looking for a sweet treat or a light lunch.

There is a wide variety to choose from; Bread, sandwiches, sweet buns, Danish pastry, cakes, brioche, and cookies. The list could go on and we guarantee you will find something you will like.

Remember to add a cup of coffee of your choice or a locally produced fruit juice to you order!

Artisan bakers

The people working at Flåm Bakery truly care about what they make. Whether they are Norwegian or international bakers, they are true artisans of their field. Everything is made from scratch, mostly by hand, and with no additives. All of the breads are made using sourdough as a starter, a sourdough that originates from 2016 when a French baker brought it to Flåm when the bakery opened.
