Opening hours for the 2025–2026 season
Winter: 1 September 2025 to 20 June 2026, 10:00 to 15:30
Summer: 21 June 2026 to 31 August 2026, 10:00 to 18:00
We are open every day throughout the year, except on 17 May and 24 December.

Getting to Polar Park
By Car
Driving is the easiest and most flexible way to reach Polar Park.
- Around 45 minutes from Narvik
- Around 1 hour from Harstad/Narvik Airport, Evenes
- Around 50 minutes from Bardufoss
- Around 2 hours and 45 minutes from Tromsø
From the E6, follow the signs for Bones. The park is located just 3 km from the main road.
By Bus
There are daily bus services from both Tromsø and Narvik. The nearest bus stop is Skogstad, within walking distance of the park.

Parking
A large car park is located just outside the main entrance.
Free parking is available for visitors between 08:00 and 19:00.
