Fjord Cruise Oslofjord
Sail the inner parts of the Oslofjord, from the pier next to the Oslo Opera House, along the city shoreline, between small islands, passing landmarks and historical places.
Explore Oslo’s shoreline
Embark the electrical vessel Vision of The Fjords at Langkaia for a scenic 1,5-hour fjord cruise. The voyage will take you past various historical landmarks and attractions. First you will have great views to Akershus fortress, Oslo City Hall, Aker Brygge, and Tjuvolmen with the characteristic Astrup Fearnley museum. Next you can spot the FRAM Museum at Bygdøy before passing by the picturesque islet Dyna with its cute lighthouse.
The silent vessel navigates around and in between the islands of the inner-Oslofjord; Nakkholmen, Lindøya, Gressholmen, Heggholmen and Bleikøya. On your way back to Langkaia you will see the modern Bjørvika skyline with highlights such as the Munch Museum and Oslo Opera House.

Guideservice on board
It is quiet on board Vision of The Fjords. This is one of the many advantages of electric power. You can choose if you prefer to listen to the seagulls and the sound of the waves or if you would like to enjoy all the stories from the Oslofjord told in the guiding app Voice of Norway.
Download Oslofjord Guide
This is how you do it
Open the link with your smartphone to download the app “Voice of Norway”. When you have done this, search for the correct route – in this case, Oslofjord. You can choose between; English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Norwegian. We recommend that you allow background location services to ensure that the guiding will be timed perfectly.
The content in the app is based on geografical zones, which means that you will hear different stories as Vision of The Fjords shows you new areas of the fjord. You do not have to do anything but enjoy the landscape and the stories told. You can also watch the screens on board which shows our position and photos from the places we sail by.
The Fjords has chosen this silent guiding on all the electric ships because the silence is a big part of the experience for many passengers. We therefore ask you to use your headset while enjoying the guiding.
Don’t forget to ask members of our crew if there is anything in particular that you are interested in!
