Experience the raw beauty of Norway’s waterfalls, valleys, and fjords on this unforgettable Waterfall & Fjord Tour. This guided tour takes you through some of the most breathtaking sights in Western Norway, combining panoramic views, pumping waterfalls, and an optional electric Fjord Cruise through the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord.

Tour Highlights:

Tvindefossen Waterfall: Our journey begins with a visit to the 110-meter-high Tvindefossen Waterfall, where water cascades gracefully down the mountainside, creating a picture-perfect scene. Take in the fresh and moist air while capturing stunning photos of this natural wonder.

Stalheim Hotel & Viewpoint: Next, we stop at the historic Stalheim Hotel, where you can enjoy light refreshments while admiring the spectaulcar views over the Nærøydalen Valley. This viewpoint offers one of the most iconic panoramas in Norway, making it a must-visit spot.

Optional hike down the valley: Those who want to can follow the old road down from Stalheim Hotel. It’s a beautiful walk where you’ll pass several waterfalls, including Stalheimsfossen. The bus will be waiting at the bottom. Those who prefer not to walk can stay on the bus. The walk takes approximately 1 hour.

Fjord Cruise on Nærøyfjord (if you booked the package): If you’ve chosen the full experience, you’ll board a silent, eco-friendly Fjord Cruise in Gudvangen. Sail through the dramatic Nærøyfjord, a narrow, fjord with towering cliffs, waterfalls, and charming villages. This UNESCO World Heritage site is one of Norway’s most breathtaking natural landscapes. There will be a short photo stop for in Gudvangen for those who are not taking the boat.

Return to Flåm: The journey concludes as we sail back to Flåm, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Norway’s majestic nature. For those without the fjord cruise, a bus ride back to Flåm ensures a comfortable return.

Tour Details:

  • Departure: 10:30 from Flåm (11:00 from july)
  • Back in Flåm: 15:00 (for those taking the bus). 16:30 (for those taking the Fjord Cruise)

  • Bus transport with a local guide
  • Light refreshments at Stalheim Hotel
  • Boat ticket for the Fjord Cruise (if selected)
