The direct express bus is the easiest way to get from Bergen to Flåm and vice versa. It takes 3 hours and takes you directly from the city centre to the fjord. It is also possible to take the bus all the way from Bergen to the Tyinkrysset, the gateway to the breathtaking Jotunheimen National Park.
The direct bus from Bergen Bus Station to Flåm is a good and easy alternative for you who travel without a car. In approx. 3 hours the bus takes you from the city centre to the fjords. There are many tunnels on this route, but you also pass several beautiful attractions. Lean back and enjoy the vistas from your seat!
Being a public bus, it makes stops along the way. You can also choose to start or end your journey in for example Voss, a hub with a train connection.
And if you want to experience the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord on your way you can opt to get a fjord cruise between Gudvangen and Flåm.
