1. Multi-Activity Challenge – Myrkdalen
Through a series of physical and mental challenges, you must work together as a team to reach the finish line using cooperation, patience, knowledge, and strategic skills!

2. Kayak Tour on Myrkdalsvatnet
Everything is arranged to combine activity and team-building with productive conversations in the heart of nature. We provide all necessary paddling equipment and certified instructors/guides. Transport and light refreshments are included.

Duration: 4 hours / Suitable for 6–60 participants
3. Guided E-Bike Tour
With an e-bike, you can ride faster and farther than on a regular bike. Accompanied by a local guide, we explore the beautiful nature of Årmotslia and continue to Fjellstova Vetlebotn, where a tasty snack awaits.

4. Scenic Ride with the Summer Lift
The Myrkdalsekspressen chairlift, located right by Myrkdalen Hotel, operates in July and August. In just five minutes, you'll be transported to 860 meters above sea level with spectacular views.

Duration: Individual / Suitable for small and large groups
5. Orienteering and Disc Golf
For orienteering, download the free app on your phone and start searching from the hotel! Disc golf is available just above the hotel. Discs can be rented at the reception for NOK 50 per person.
Duration: 30 minutes – 3 hours / Suitable for 2–25 participants

When the meeting is over, or after an active day outdoors, it’s nice to unwind with a drink—or two. And perhaps something to nibble on?
Happy Hour
When the workday ends, it’s time to enjoy a drink with good colleagues. We offer finger food and one drink of your choice per person.

Beer Tasting
Sample a variety of beers from local breweries. If desired, we can also offer hearty cured meats.
