News
New for the 2026/27 Season
- The new Narvik Gondola opens: With a new base area and a mid-station by the children’s area.
- The new Linken Express opens: A six-seater chairlift to Linken, plus an improved Linken run with snowmaking and floodlighting.
- The new Panorama Run: A 3 km, family-friendly green run from the upper gondola station to the new Byheisen lift, formerly Lift 1. The run is 30 metres wide with an average gradient of 16%.
- New T-bar lift at Snaua: Nordlysheisen replaces the former Lift 3.
- A new Upper Hub: The area around the upper gondola station becomes a hub for lifts and runs, making it easier to get around the mountain.
- New dining options: Fjellheisrestauranten gets an upgrade, and a brand-new restaurant opens at the Basecamp apartment hotel.
- Ski pass for Myrkdalen: Your season pass includes five days of skiing in Myrkdalen Mountain Resort in Western Norway.

Free Ski Days
Your Narvik season pass gives you five days of free skiing at each of these resorts: Grandvalira Resorts in Andorra, LAAX in Switzerland and, new this season, Myrkdalen!
To claim your ski passes for Grandvalira and LAAX, email post@narvikfjellet.no and we’ll send you a signed document. In Myrkdalen, simply show your ID and valid Narvik season pass at the ticket office to collect your ski pass.

For the 2026/27 season, we’re offering season passes. Annual passes are temporarily on hold until the resort development ahead of the World Championships is complete.
Arctic Season Pass
Our cross-border partnership continues this season. Upgrade your standard Narvik season pass to an Arctic Season Pass and enjoy access to our two fantastic neighbouring resorts, Riksgränsen and Björkliden, all on one pass. This year, you can easily buy your Arctic Season Pass online.

Arctic Ski Resorts
Three unique Arctic ski resorts, two countries and one lift pass. Arctic Ski Resorts offers a cross-border skiing experience connecting Narvik, Riksgränsen and Björkliden – from fjords and vibrant town life on the Norwegian side to high mountains and vast wilderness in Swedish Lapland.

Choose from the following combinations:
- 2 adults + 1–3 young people
- 1 adult + 2–4 young people
Who Qualifies for a Family Package?
The family package is available to parents or guardians with children aged up to and including 17. All family members must live at the same address. Exceptions apply to children from previous marriages or relationships where one of the parents is responsible for their care.
Age Categories
- Children: 0–6 years
- Youth: 7–17 years
- Adults: 18 years and over
- Seniors: 65 years and over
Your age at the time of purchase determines your category. Children under 6 must carry a valid, activated ski pass, just like older children and adults. This can be collected free of charge from the customer service centre or ticket office.
Chip Cards
An Axess card is required for all ski passes, except single gondola rides. If you already have an Axess card, you can load your new ski pass onto it when you buy. A new Axess chip card costs NOK 100.
Pass Photos
You must upload a photo of everyone included in your booking, whether or not you already have the physical cards. This makes each pass personal and valid. The photo must show the person’s full head and the top of their shoulders.
Season passes without a photo are not valid and may be confiscated at the lift gates.
How to buy your ski pass
1. Buy your ski pass online
Ski pass with a new Axess card
Choose your ski pass, the date you’ll use it and the number of passes you need, then place your order. Remember to select the option to include an Axess card. Bring your confirmation with the QR code to collect your ski pass from a ticket machine or the customer service centre at the resort.
Load your ski pass onto an existing Axess card
Choose your ski pass and enter the ski pass number/WTP number shown in the white field on the back of your Axess card. Then select the date you’ll use the pass.
2. Buy your ski pass at the resort’s customer service centre
Our team at the customer service centre can help you buy your ski pass. You can also collect passes you’ve already bought online. Remember to bring your confirmation with the QR code.
3. Buy your ski pass from a ticket machine at the resort
Use your existing Axess card or buy a new one when purchasing your ski pass from a ticket machine at the resort. You can also collect passes you’ve already bought online. Remember to bring your confirmation with the QR code.
