Ski Touring for Beginners in Myrkdalen
Are you curious about ski touring but don’t have much experience? On Tuesdays and Thursdays we arrange group ski tours for beginners! On these tours we choose easy and friendly terrain.
The feeling of skiing in untouched, light powder snow in beautiful mountain landscapes is simply unbeatable. Mastering your skis, the conditions, and the terrain brings pure joy – and that’s exactly the feeling we aim for on these tours. The mountains around Myrkdalen have plenty of snow, little traffic, and offer a wide range of terrain suited for beginners and intermediate skiers. That makes Myrkdalen the perfect place to try ski touring for the very first time!
Our guides plan and prepare the tours thoroughly. We provide all necessary safety equipment and training on how to use it. The guides use their experience to minimize risk, understand the participants’ needs, and ensure safe and efficient travel.
Who is it for? To join a beginner ski touring trip, you should have some alpine skiing experience (resort skiing) and be able to make parallel turns with good control on green and blue slopes.
