Flåm and Aurland – in the heart of Western Norway
Side by side at the innermost point of the Aurlandsfjord, you’ll find Flåm and Aurland, surrounded by steep mountainsides and dramatic valleys. Here, you’re close to both nature and the fjord, with short distances between experiences.
Getting here is easy by both public transport and car, and a shuttle bus runs regularly along the 10-kilometre stretch between Aurland and Flåm. Together, these two villages offer some of Norway’s most popular travel experiences.
