Why get a season pass in Myrkdalen?

A season pass lets you make the most of Myrkdalen’s long, snow-filled winter. Head to the slopes whenever the conditions are at their best, and enjoy evening skiing every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Children under 7 ski for free, and families can enjoy a large children’s area, a woodland ski trail and the colourful Eventyrskogen forest trail. Myrkdalen is also home to Western Norway’s largest terrain park, developed by ShapeCrew in collaboration with Klaus Finne. The free ski bus between Voss Station and Myrkdalen makes getting to the slopes easy.

The Husagrotrekket and Hagamyrtrekket lifts are ready, but we are still waiting for the final approvals before they can open. We are working closely with Voss Municipality and other public authorities to get them up and running as soon as possible.

The season pass is valid the whole winter season. If you buy it before 1 October, you get 2 days of your choice in Voss Resort.

The Family Season Pass is valid for up to two adults and all children under age 20 living on the same address. The Season Pass is valid all days and evening skiing during the winter. If you buy it before October 1st, you also get two days of your choice in Voss Resort.

This pass is valid for one adult and one child (age 7-17). The Pass is valid all days and evening skiing during the season. If you buy if before 1 October, you also get two days of your choice in Voss Resort.

Simply present your season pass with the Gullbanden sticker when making purchases. You can pick up the sticker at our Welcome Center in Myrkdalsstovo.

You will get a discount code on the confirmation page and in the post-purchase email confirmation, valid for discounts at Myrkdalen Hotel, Fjellsauna, Myrkdalen Aktiv ski school, Ski rental, VossVind, Bergen City Cruise and Open Klasse. We recommend noting down and saving this code for easy use throughout the rest of the season.

How To Buy A Season Pass

When you buy a season pass online, you can choose between 2 ways to purchase it:

1. I Already Have a Keycard

Before you start, find your keycard (and the cards for the rest of the family if you are buying family passes).
Have a picture and the birthdate ready for everyone you are buying a pass for.
Recharge your existing keycard from Skidata – make sure to enter the keycard number accurately. Don’t have your keycard nearby? After proceeding from the shopping cart, you can log in to My Page to access your existing keycards. You can also go to My Page via the link in a previous booking confirmation you received by email.

2. I Need a New Keycard

Find the picture you want to use.
Have the birthdate ready for everyone who will get a pass.

Pick up and Activate Your Season Pass

If you recharge an existing keycard when you buy a season pass, you can go straight to the slopes. The card will be activated when you pass through the turnstile at Myrkdalsekspressen. If you have purchased a new keycard, you can collect it using a QR code that will be sent to you via email. You can scan this code at a ticket machine in the reception of Myrkdalen Hotel, Myrkdalen Sport and Ski Rental, or at the ticket booth in Myrkdalsstovo.

What is the age limit for the “child rate”?
Children up to 7 years old who wear a helmet can ski for free with us.
From ages 7 to 17, the child rate applies to season passes, day passes, and single-parent passes.
On a family pass, children can be included up to the age of 20, as long as they live at home.
